Q: COMMUNICATIONS
A: Our management company, Abaris has an "on-call" System for managing the volume of emails generated by our community of 778 homes. They use a team approach since it is not possible for one single person to manage the volume and there are different staff members in the various departments to answer different types of questions.

You may get a response from Shireen herself or any member of her team since her email is constantly monitored by her team, namely Henry. Shireen has 5 full time assistants to handle our physical property management needs and Abaris has an entire accounting department that is equipped handle all of our financial needs and homeowner billing administration.

You should consider any response you receive as being from Abaris and not a specific person. The Board is quite pleased with the level of responsiveness we are receiving from the Abaris team and we appreciate your feedback.

  • Complete the application.

  • Make any changes to update your Pool Application
  • Q: I can't login
    A: There is ONE primary account with a MemberID number and Password for each home address assigned to a registered Owner (can only be one registered owner). There may be a co-owner's account, but it must be created with a separate e-mail address but can use same physical address as registered Owner.
    Q: I have an account with the correct information, but I can't login
    A: The security system will lock down your account if you create a new account with the same e-Mail address. Click FORGOT USERNAME/PASSWORD and after verfication you are not a computer spammer complete the form. We will delete the incorrect account allowing you to login after you receive notification.
    Q: I thought I had an account, but I don't remember my login information
    A: We will need to perform a manual review to validate your information. Click FORGOT USERNAME/PASSWORD and after verfication you are not a computer spammer complete the form.
    Q: How do I register for the pool?
    A: Each home needs an account, so you need to create a new website account or FIRST login to the website. Then select Sign-Up Pool Registration from the main menu.
    Q: I do not live in the Stonebridge community, but I would like to join the pool - how do I do that?
    A: Each Resident/Outside Member needs an account, so you need to create a new website account or FIRST login to the website. - Be sure to choose OUTSIDE MEMBER from the registration choices.
    Log into your account, then select Sign-Up Pool Registration from the main menu.
    Q: I can't view the text on the page
    A: For security reasons this website uses a system called sessions. This protocol is also referred to by some browsers as using a transient temporary cookie that is erased when the user closes the Web browser. Click here on how to fix for most browsers.
